The Amazons are set to return to Birmingham this November
Following the astounding success of their last show here at the Hare and Hounds on 13th February, The Amazons are set to return to Birmingham for a significantly larger show at the O2 Academy.
Hailing from Reading, indie rockers The Amazons have seen nothing but success after success since their highly acclaimed, debut self-titled album hit no.8 in the UK album charts and the band sold out tours across the country. 2019 has plenty more in store for The Amazons including a show at Birmingham’s O2 Academy.
The Birmingham show is but a small part of a series of shows in the ‘Future Dust’ tour to promote their latest album titled; you guessed it, Future Dust. With two UK Top 10 albums under their belt, The Amazons are soaring fast so it’s no real wonder that they’ve upgraded the venue so vastly, so quickly. As well as that, this summer sees The Amazons playing multiple festival slots including Mad Cool and Community, not to mention the renowned festival, Reading & Leeds.

In love with all things ‘indie’ and underground – from psychedelic to alternative to rock. My favourite artists include Black Honey, The Last Shadow Puppets, Tame Impala, The Vaccines and Childish Gambino.
