Rex Orange County adds second Birmingham date to UK tour
Rex Orange County has added a second Birmingham date to his November UK tour. He’ll now play two nights at the O2 Academy.
With his 3rd studio album Pony impending and set to release on October 25th, Rex Orange County is embarking on the ‘Pony Tour’ across the UK & Ireland and the USA this Autumn including shows in Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.
The 21-year-old recording artist has seen soaring success with his acclaimed debut album Bcos U Will Never B Free catapulting him into the mainstream, even catching the eye of Tyler, The Creator who ended up flying him out to LA to feature on Flower Boy. Rex’s sophomore album Apricot Princess reached 8th in the US Independent Album’s chart as he honed his genre-blending, balladic anthems.

In love with all things ‘indie’ and underground – from psychedelic to alternative to rock. My favourite artists include Black Honey, The Last Shadow Puppets, Tame Impala, The Vaccines and Childish Gambino.
