Primal Scream set to shake up Coventry this December
Monumental Scottish band Primal Scream are scheduled to bring their experimental alternative rock to The Empire on December 1st
Scottish rockers Primal Scream are scheduled to liven up Far Gosford Street with their live show at The Empire on December 1st. This is their first concert back in Coventry after their one-off show at Kasbah in 2013, ahead of their epic Glastonbury performance. The Midlands sees them return to the local stage after their appearance at the Peaky Blinders Festival, which took place this September.
The announcement comes soon after the release of their album compilation Maximum Rock’n’Roll: The Singles. The compilation follows Primal Scream’s sonic journey from some of the earliest singles originally recorded in 1986 to extracts from their latest original album, Chaosmosis.
Pivotal to the ’80s and ’90s rock and alternative scene, Primal Scream have been electrifying crowds globally for decades – at least since the release of Screamadelica, which launched them straight onto the popular stage. Make sure to catch them on their new, extensive UK tour to celebrate over three decades of their music.

I enjoy petting dogs and listening to music. Disappointingly average baker. Historically bad at pub quizzes, but I am working on it.
