Get tickets: Robert Plant announces winter 2017 UK tour dates

Former Led Zeppelin front-man and legendary musician Robert Plant has announced a series of UK tour dates to coincide with the release of his new studio album, Carry Fire, due to hit the shelves via Nonesuch/Warner Bros. Records on October 13th. The tour includes dates at both The Civic Hall, Wolverhampton and The Symphony Hall, Birmingham.

As per his previous recording, lullaby and…The Ceaseless Roar, released back in 2014, he will again be accompanied by The Sensational Space Shifters. The album, produced by Plant, also features guest appearances from the likes of, Chrissie Hynde, Albanian cellist, Redi Hasa and Seth Lakeman on viola. When asked what the listener can expect from the new release, Plant stated ”I must mix old with new.
