Brockhampton announce 2020 European tour, including Birmingham show
Brockhampton have announced that they will be heading to Europe for a tour in 2020, stopping at five major UK cities including Birmingham, where they will be performing at the O2 Academy.
The band will start the tour in Oslo, Norway on May 8th 2020, before heading to five other European cities. On May 18th they begin their UK leg of the tour in Bristol, before visiting three other major English cities: London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
They will then perform in the Irish capital Dublin, before returning to the UK for two more dates. On May 26th they will play a show in Northern Irish capital Belfast, before rounding up the UK leg of the tour in Glasgow, Scotland on May 27th.
Formed in 2015, the self-described ‘boy band’ released their first mixtape in 2016. They have subsequently released a total of five studio albums. The band’s upcoming tour is in support of their fifth album, GINGER, which was released in August 2019.
Led by singer-songwriter Kevin Abstract, Brockhampton have enjoyed significant success in their career so far and have been nominated for a BRIT Award for Best International Group.
Demand for tickets has been high, meaning that tickets for some of the tour dates announced sold out within minutes.
For those desperate not to miss out, there are waiting lists for sold out dates. The band has also announced a second UK date in London to meet demand, which tickets are still available for at the time of writing. Click here to buy tickets.
