Emerging Worcestershire psych rockers Plastic Scene to play Birmingham

Plastic Scene are by now habitués of the Birmingham music scene. Having already played many of the notorious local stages over the past few years, they are now set to take over the The Victoria later this summer.

Plastic Scene are young and full of energy. Their music is eclectic, refreshing, with the lo-fi nature of their recordings adding an extra layer of dynamism to their works. Since releasing their official debut single ‘Backseat’ in 2016, Plastic Scene have continued to release demos and individual tracks on their Soundcloud, building a solid and remarkable repertoire. They have had the chance to showcase their work all throughout the Midlands, and have now slowly began to infiltrate the London independent music scene as well.

Having supported the likes of Primal Scream, We Are Scientists and Molotov Jukebox back in 2016 at Lakefest, they have been working diligently to spread the word about their music, building connections in Birmingham and beyond, and demonstrating their calibre as artists with their engaging and vibrant performances.

Before taking part again in Lakefest later this year, they will first stop by for a gig in Birmingham on July 20^th at The Victoria, with support from Johnny Killer.
