Birmingham’s newest label HolyHowl to launch with free in-store gig at Paul Smith this weekend

HolyHowl, a brand new Birmingham-based UK label and management company, is set to mark its launch with an afternoon of free, in-store gigs at Paul Smith in the Mailbox this weekend.

The event, which runs from 1pm through to 7pm on Saturday 2nd December, will see seven performances by the bands on the new label, with Ivory Wave, Spilt Milk Society, Violet, The Good Water, Shannon St.Clare, Jessie Reid and Le Feye all set to play acoustic sets.

HolyHowl is the brainchild of Carlo Solazzo from Birmingham Promoters, who is really looking forward to launching the label.

“It’s something we’ve been working on for a good while now,” said Carlo. “Some of the acts on the label have been developing with us for quite a few months and it feels like now is the right time to pick up the pace.”

“We’re very much looking forward to the releases in 2018 as there’s some seriously good material across the roster – we’ll be doing everything we can to help grow and support it. Watch this space.”

HolyHowl’s website launched today, you can check that out over at holyhowl.co.uk.

Entry to the in-store event is completely free. Join the Facebook event here.
