Video Games Release Chart: September

Gamers have been treated to some exciting titles in the last few months With Black Myth Wukong and software’s epic DLC for Elden Ring, The Shadow of The Erdtree dropping over the summer. September however looks to be shaping up to be another stellar month.

Astro Bot has already been released on the PS5 to widespread critical acclaim and a new Warhammer game is upon us which has also been well received. Of course, for football fans, the latest instalment of EA FC (formally FIFA) kicks off into action at the end of the month.

Not bad right? Personally, it’s nice to see Final Fantasy 16 finally hack and slash its way onto the P.C. It was a divisive game amongst the fanbase due to its gameplay choices, but the story is solid and it’s going to look epic on P.C with fully optimised graphics and frame rates. A Broken Sword remaster is always welcome too, I absolutely loved the original outing in my formative years and would be very interesting to see what Geroge and Nico’s adventures look like revamped for a newer generation.
