For the past 20 years, The Castle & Falcon has been one of the leading independent music venues in Birmingham. Its rustic edge is a sight for sore eyes in the modern city of Birmingham, making it a great place to relax with a drink and listen to great music. Formerly known as the Ceol Castle, this venue is on the up.

Establishing itself in 1852, this pub and live music venue boasts a 300 capacity space, two downstairs bars and a host of beers, wines and cocktails suited for everyone. Along with its Irish hospitality and charm, the Castle & Falcon is home to live music that spans all genres – from club and DJ nights to hip hop, soul, reggae, indie, house, funk and alternative live music acts.

Getting to the Castle & Falcon

By car

The Castle & Falcon is easily accessible by M6, M5, M40 and M1. Once in Birmingham, follow either the A38 or the A4540 through the city centre to Moseley Road, where the Castle & Falcon is situated.

Parking

Parking is available on Moseley Road’s surrounding streets, but arrive early to get a nearby parking space.

By public transport
