Band of the Day #255: FRANK

Band: FRANK
Hometown: Birmingham
For fans of: Hole, Sonic Youth, Wolf Alice.
Online: Facebook | Twitter | Soundcloud

Having opened gigs for bands such as Black Honey and Baby Strange, FRANK are no stranger to the Birmingham music scene. FRANK have their own stamp on alternative rock, one that’s easy to get into, this obscure four piece have massive potential.

Their most recent track, ‘Shallow End’ entails a significant underground feel. With elements of punk rock intertwined with an indie sensation, their Nirvana-esque guitar sound and restless chorus formulate remarkable qualities.

FRANK, alongside Hollow People will be supporting Kagoule at the Sunflower lounge on 3rd December, more event information can be found via birminghampromoters.com.
